Honda's 300ex has proven to be perhaps one of the best entry level ATV's on the market today. With a bullet proof design and an easy to ride powerband, it's obvious why this quad is the ideal choice for many beginning riders. Along with the Yamaha Blaster, Honda's 300ex has proven to be a big hit with the racing crowd. Currently, it is a popular choice for many young riders in the youth production classes as well as numerous sport class riders as well.

Our Mission:

The premise is simple: We've purchased a near stock 2001 Honda 300ex and over the next few months will be transforming it into a highly capable machine that will compete in both the VXCS, a local Virginia cross-country series, as well as a few national cross country events.

Along the way, we will be updating the site with detailed "How-To" Articles as well as providing in-depth reviews about the quality of the products used throughout our build.

Our project will be broken down into three different phases, progressing from simple bolt-on components to high performance chassis and motor upgrades. This way, replicating a build of your own is simple. Your finances and goals as a rider are your only limitations.
